The P&C association meets on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings alternate between morning and evening times. Membership is open to all parents and community members.
The aims are to:
foster community interest in educational matters
endeavour to bring about closer cooperation between parents, teachers and students
provide assistance and advice to the school administration team
assist in the provision of resources and services to benefit the students
contribute to the decision-making processes within the school community including the Annual operation plan.
The P&C works in close liaison with the Principal and staff. The willing and helpful cooperation of parents greatly assists in the efficient running of a school. Any help you can give in assisting the P&C is greatly appreciated. By coming along to P&C meetings you can find out a great deal about the school and Education Queensland. There is also an opportunity to engage in open dialogue about educational issues.
