Cleveland State School swimming pool is for the primary use of school swimming lessons between 9am and 3pm. The P and C have organised and operated the Penguin's Swim Club, before and after school and Saturdays swim lessons and squad training for approximately 50 years.
Buisness Opportunity
Cleveland State School is seeking a suitably qualified organisation / person(s) to licence their school swimming pool. The licence will provide the Licensee the opportunity to deliver community recreational swimming and community programs outside of Cleveland State School operating hours. The pool is situated on Wynyard Street on School grounds with a separate entrance. The pool is utilised by the school during Term one and Term four, between the school hours of 8.30am -3.00pm Monday to Friday. The successful tenderer has the opportunity to operate the pool in times during which the pool is not utilised by the school.
